Real Estate Investing Terminology – Where to Start

The commercial real estate industry is full of jargon. As a self-directed investor evaluating commercial real estate investment offerings, it is critical to understand foundational concepts and key phrases, while other esoteric terms and acronyms may be worth glossing over.
