EquityMultiple is an investing platform founded by seasoned CRE industry professionals. We take an institutional approach to asset selection and asset management, and we have since day 1. Our focus is solely on middle-market commercial real estate transactions, and our senior leadership is comprised of industry vets from institutions like UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Mission Capital (since acquired by MMI).

Given the alignment of focus and philosophy between MMI and EM, we are also developing a bespoke service and product level for MMI buyers.

Yes, EquityMultiple established the EMBlue program to offer exclusive benefits to members of the MMI network, as well as other QPs and more experienced real estate investors. EMBlue is a preferred level of access for members of the MMI network, devised in service of MMI and EM's first-in-industry partnership. While the program's benefits will evolve over time, you can expect to benefit in the following ways by enrolling:

Exclusive CRE investment opportunities: While you will have access to all investments on the EquityMultiple platform, you will also receive access to investments that are private and not presently broadly. Namely GP and Co-GP opportunities and 1031-eligible assets.

Exclusive access to EM services and personnel: You will be assigned a dedicated, experienced Investor Relations rep who can help you navigate EquityMultiple offerings and account-related questions. You will also benefit from quarterly portfolio reviews and a higher level of access to EquityMultiple's Asset Management Team.
